Functional medicine not only treats existing conditions, but is also beneficial for individuals seeking to enhance their health and longevity.
After your comprehensive visit, we will create a customized care plan, which includes one follow-up call or telemedicine visit to review the plan and to monitor your progress.
Testing fees, labs, etc. are an additional fee.

Chronic Concerns
Primary care visit to address health concerns such as thyroid, diabetes, hypertension, and high cholesterol.
- $100 | up to 30 min
- $200 | up to 60 min
- $200/hour | after 60 min.

Acute or Chronic Concerns
Telemedicine Primary care visit to address short or long term health concerns.
- $100 | up to 30 min
- $200 | up to 60 min
